If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return any Rare product within 10 days of the ship date for a full refund or within 30 days for store credit.
- Clearance items are not returnable
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable
- All returns must include a copy of the invoice
- There is a $15.00 restocking fee for all returned or canceled orders
- All cancelations must be made within 5 days of the order date. Any cancelation after 5 days of the order date is subject to the restocking fee
Rare is not liable for lost or damaged packages.
Custom garments
- If a custom garment is not made to the given measurements, any alterations will be made free of charge
- Shipping cost are nonrefundable
- In the case of incorrect measurements given, the customer is responsible for all further alteration costs
